This role involves requirements gathering related to Air Force lifecycles, client interaction, and collaboration with development teams to ensure that project needs are met.ResponsibilitiesRequirements gathering with reference to Air Force lifecycles of Recruitment through retirementAbility to understand HR functionality with Military Personnel Data SystemsClient facing with an ability to negotiate and aide in the decision-making processWriting User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaAbility to document and work with Oracle Development team, understand code meets the requirementsExperience and knowledge working in an Agile/Scrum development frameworkCollaborate with the product owner serving as the liaison between the development and test teamsAble to manage priorities, attention to detail, and ability to handle ambiguous situationsSkillsMinimum of twelve years analyst experienceBS Degree preferably but relevant experienced consideredMust have experience with Oracle HR SystemsAbility to run Oracle SQL using SQL Developer/Oracle SQL Plus/TOADUnderstand Oracle Tables/Code in conjunction with Oracle DevelopmentStrong familiarity with Agile Software DevelopmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsKnowledge of Atlassian Tool Set (Jira/Confluence)Experience working with Air Force government clientsDoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain oneMUST be able to pass a US Government Security ClearanceBenefitsFull benefit packageA collaborative work environmentStrong company cultureFull-time remote positionCompany OverviewJoint Strategic Technologies provides solutions to commercial and federal customers.
