Responsibilities
• Performing bank and account reconciliations (prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets)
• Maintaining general ledger accuracy
• Preparing journal entries with supporting documentation
• Overseeing AP/AR workflows to ensure correct coding
• Recording accruals
• Resolving complex accounting issues
• Ensuring financial data is complete and accurate within a cloud based accounting system
• Assisting with financial statement preparation
• Variance analysis
• Process improvements that enhance efficiency through effective use of accounting technology and internal controls

Skills
• 5–7 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of transactional accounting
• Month‑end and year‑end close experience
• Ability to independently manage priorities
• Consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience with Sage Intacct
• Detail‑oriented
• Adaptable
• Self‑motivated
• Highly communicative
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with tools such as Expensify, Salesforce, or automated AP solutions
