They are seeking a Brand Program Analyst to support the growth and strategic management of their branded pharmaceutical portfolio through financial analysis, reporting, and market research to inform business decisions.ResponsibilitiesSupport analysis of manufacturer program performance, profitability, market dynamics, and industry trends by gathering data, identifying trends, and preparing insights for review by senior team membersSupport manufacturer business reviews and agreement evaluations through data collection, financial analysis, presentation preparation, and performance reportingAssist in evaluating partnership opportunities, portfolio initiatives, and program investments by preparing financial models, reports, and supporting analysesCollaborate with the Brand Program team and cross-functional stakeholders to support implementation of strategic initiatives and operational objectivesMaintain and continuously improve processes, tools, reporting, and documentation that support efficient program management, operational excellence, and scalable growthSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field2+ years of relevant experience in business operations, healthcare, pharmaceutical, supply chain, or account management; open to adjacent industries with strong analytical and project management experienceStrong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-makingAdvanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePointFoundational understanding of business concepts such as profitability, margins, and cost structures, with a willingness to learn how these drivers impact business performanceExceptional attention to detail, particularly in contract-driven or regulated environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and work effectively with internal and external stakeholdersWillingness to travel ~10–20% for conferences, manufacturer meetings, and business needsCompany OverviewMorris & Dickson is the industry’s largest independent full-line and specialty pharmaceutical distributor with a singular focus of reliable, next-day delivery of drugs and related products to health systems, independent pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, and alternative care facilities.
