[Remote] BPaaS Support Analyst

The BPaaS Support Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting Workday and OSV Service Center operations, focusing on user account management, ticket triage, and security administration while ensuring high-quality customer service.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customer support, handling ticket triage and routingCreate and manage Workday user accounts, including username and password setupAssign OSV Service Centers to users and manage account lifecycle (creation, password resets, deactivation)Generate and analyze OSV reports for auditing customer tenant accessTroubleshoot and resolve Workday Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) issuesSupport internal customer security administration for support and services teamsFollow security policies and standard operating procedures, including login and password communicationsIdentify and resolve data or configuration issues; investigate trends and anomaliesSuggest and implement improvements to better support customers and internal processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectationsMaintain professional communication and adhere to case management guidelinesParticipate in team activities and contribute positively to team cultureComplete tasks within agreed timelines, ensuring high-quality, error-free deliverablesDemonstrate adaptability in managing shifting priorities and workloadsSkills1–2 years of experience with HRIS platforms and/or business application support systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Workday products or domainExperience working in a ticketing/case systemExperience with Workday and OSV Service Center platformsExperience in customer serviceCompany OverviewOneSource Virtual is a workday services partner in deployment, consulting, and BusinessProcess-as-a-Service (BPaaS) services.
