Remote Booking Administrator
We're currently looking for organized, reliable individuals to help support clients by coordinating details, managing schedules, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

No prior experience is required ā training is provided.
What You'll Be Doing:
ā¢ Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
ā¢ Organizing schedules, confirmations, and important details
ā¢ Providing clear, timely updates and support
ā¢ Keeping everything on track to ensure a smooth experience
ā¢ Assisting with coordination from start to finish

ā¢ Attention to detail and ability to stay on top of tasks
ā¢ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
ā¢ Basic tech skills (email, apps, online systems)
ā¢ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in customer service or coordination is helpful, but not required
