Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary:

As a remote BCBA, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral interventions to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other behavioral challenges. You will collaborate with clients, families, and support staff to develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans aimed at improving behavior and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assessment & Analysis: Conduct virtual functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to evaluate the causes and functions of challenging behaviors.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data, ensuring they are personalized to each client’s needs.
• Implementation & Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans, ensuring that caregivers or paraprofessionals are trained to apply strategies correctly.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Track and analyze data related to behavior changes, treatment progress, and outcomes, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists) to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Supervision: Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavior analysis staff, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.
• Training: Provide training and support to family members and staff on the implementation of behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes to interventions. Prepare written reports for clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure that all services comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:
• Education: Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Certification: Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience: Experience in providing behavior analysis services, preferably with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using telehealth platforms and other digital tools for service delivery, data collection, and communication.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members remotely.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage caseloads, maintain detailed documentation, and stay on top of client needs while working remotely.
• Remote Work Readiness: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, self-motivated, and reliable.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working remotely in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with software for behavior tracking and management (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink, Catalyst).

Work Environment:
• This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home.
• Regular virtual meetings with clients, families, and the team to ensure progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
