They are seeking a Biology Masters - AI Data Trainer to help fine-tune large language models using biology knowledge by designing problems, evaluating AI outputs, and collaborating with researchers.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design advanced biology questions to test AI performance
ā¢ Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous logic
ā¢ Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality of reasoning
ā¢ Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
Skills
ā¢ Masters (pursuing or completed) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
ā¢ Strong biology reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced domains
ā¢ Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback
ā¢ No AI experience required
ā¢ Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
