[Remote] Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enroll Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season, specifically individuals with an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney). In this role, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, return preparation, and managing inquiries. Responsibilities • Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products • Providing tax advice • Full service return preparation • Tax calculations • Managing product/software inquiries • Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language • Use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers • Document interactions to maintain accurate records Skills • Active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software • Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken) • Excellent customer service skills • Willingness to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner • Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days Benefits • 401(k) savings plan with Intuit matching • Paid sick leave • Intuit provided E&O insurance • Employee stock purchase plan • Employee assistance program • Product discounts • Free copy of TurboTax Live Company Overview • Intuit provides financial software solutions to empower individuals and businesses.
