[Remote] Bilingual Financial Coach (Spanish)

They are seeking a Bilingual Financial Coach to provide employee education and leverage their financial wellness platform to help employees and create opportunities for wealth management referrals. The role involves conducting financial education meetings and providing administrative support, with a focus on increasing employee participation and deferrals.ResponsibilitiesConduct group and individual employee financial education meetings in English and Spanish, in-person and virtualServe as primary point of contact and lead financial education for plan participantsProvide prompt, courteous, and excellent service. Actively interact with clients and their employees to ensure we are delivering upon service expectationsCross-sell all lines of business and services available at NFPPrepare for meetings in advance and ensure follow-up and execution of deliverables following the meetingsConsult with NFP’s ERISA teams to ensure proper compliance regarding all client mattersRespond to employee concerns.
