**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, either via phone or in person
* Assisting customers with new reservations, checking in, and preparing for their trips
* Supporting drivers and management teams during operational issues, such as fleet issues, accidents, or weather-related disruptions
* Performing other duties as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
