We are seeking a REMOTE Bilingual Customer Service Rep! This is a direct hire opportunity.

The CSR provides efficient and effective service to customers and prospects on all patron-based services to a variety of inquiries and customer needs.

Compensation: $21.65 - 22.65/hr
Schedule: M-F
Job Description:
The purpose of the bilingual speaking Health Care Customer Service Representatives (CSR) position is to deliver excellent customer care & create sustainable value for customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence.
Job Requirements:
Handle service & information requests,
Billing explanations & cost savings advice,
Explain company policies, procedures along with terms and conditions.
Job Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must reside in California
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
Must be able to pass a background screening
