As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Available to work between 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Central Time (Mon-Fri), with some evening hours required
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and typing skills
Strong phone experience in surveys, sales, collections, or customer service
Reliable PC or laptop (non-Chromebook) with malware/antivirus protection and a secure internet connection
Able to work independently in a remote setting and maintain a high level of productivity
Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively
Available to start working immediately and commit to long-term project opportunities
