This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and the chance to make a meaningful impact—without cold calling or prospecting. All client meetings are warm, pre-scheduled leads provided directly to you. Responsibilities • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with veterans and their families. • Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options with clarity and professionalism. • Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing policy support. • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry regulations. • Participate in weekly training sessions, development meetings, and leadership workshops. Requirements • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Reliable internet connection. • Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access. Nice-to-haves • Background in benefits advising, sales, or client services. • Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills. • Organized, coachable, and mission-driven. • Comfortable with Zoom, CRMs, and digital documentation tools. • A passion for serving veterans and their families is highly valued.
