They are seeking a Benefits Analyst who will act as a subject matter expert in health care responsibilities, supporting the health care planning team in the design and management of health care plans, particularly for retirees.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the utilization and impact of wellness activities on plans and report related savingsOwn day -to-day execution of assigned health & welfare initiatives and makes recommendations within established guidelines.
