They are seeking a Benefits Analyst who will act as a subject matter expert in health care responsibilities, supporting the health care planning team in the design and management of health care plans, particularly for retirees.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the utilization and impact of wellness activities on plans and report related savingsOwn day -to-day execution of assigned health & welfare initiatives and makes recommendations within established guidelines. Support ongoing benefits operations by reviewing, validating, and coordinating required administrative activities with internal partners and vendorsServes as primary analyst support for assigned benefits carriersEscalates complex issues and financial risks to Manager of Benefits as appropriateAssist in the administration of annual open enrollment for health & welfare plans and any special projectsCompiles data and performs statistical analysis and interpretation to provide solutions and recommendations on health care practices and projects applicable to BenefitsIdentify opportunities for operational improvements and shares recommendations with ManagerEnsures compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, Medicare, and state regulationsSuccessfully manages multiple competing deadlines in a complex, matrixed environmentOther duties as assignedSkillsThree to five years of benefits experience including retiree benefit administration and data analyticsMust demonstrate superior ability to read, comprehend, and interpret complex medical and prescription drug coverage along with any regulationsAbility to deal comfortably and easily with people of different level education and experienceMust have ability to participate in a team effort to improve the health of the Pitney Bowes workforce and their covered family membersMust be able to effectively influence both internal and external team members and suppliersMust possess exceptional management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, be detail oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize multiple projectsExpertise with Microsoft software applications including Excel, Powerpoint and Word, as well as Human Resources Information Systems requiredBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Relations, or related field preferredMasters degree in related field preferredResiding in the Eastern and Central time zonesBenefitsProvide the opportunity to grow and develop your careerOffer an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideasDeliver challenging and unique opportunities to contribute to the success of a transforming organizationOffer comprehensive benefits globally[(PB Benefits and Wellbeing Programs)](https://pitneybowes.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/PBCareers/page/6600d6c3903d1000c090029e1a1a0000)Company OverviewPitney Bowes is a global technology company that powers physical and digital transactions that drive commerce.
