**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Fielding customer inquiries and providing innovative solutions to issues
* Calmly resolving and de-escalating customer concerns as needed
* Escalating interactions appropriately when necessary
* Responding to assistance requests and processing payments when applicable

* Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Must be over 18 years of age
* High School Graduate or GED
