As a Behavioral Health Therapist with our team, you will:

Conduct initial and follow-up care sessions via phone and video technology, providing empathetic and supportive care to your clients
Develop, schedule, and implement high-quality treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your clients
Participate in all provider training and virtual meetings, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices in the field
Adhere to clinical quality parameters and telemedicine practice guidelines, ensuring that you provide the highest level of care to your clients
Comply with federal HIPAA regulations, maintaining the confidentiality and security of client information

Requirements:

Experience working with individuals, families, or couples, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges of behavioral health
Experience working with diverse populations and demographics, with a commitment to cultural sensitivity and awareness
Telehealth experience, with a strong understanding of the technology and best practices required for remote therapy
Strong communication, documentation, and diagnosing skills, with the ability to effectively assess and treat clients
Familiarity with technology, including computers, smartphones, and tablets, with the ability to navigate electronic health records and other digital systems

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family studies, or a related field from an accredited program
A valid, unrestricted state license to practice as a therapist, with a strong understanding of the laws and regulations governing the profession
At least 2 years of experience as an independently licensed therapist, with a strong track record of providing high-quality care to clients
