Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Proficient in using computers, with the ability to quickly navigate through systems and the web to find information and support clients. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the pet industry or a related field. Technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field.
