Remote Behavioral Health Therapist
**Remote Therapist Opportunity**
Role Overview...
We are seeking dedicated and qualified therapists to join our team in a remote capacity. This position involves providing individual counseling sessions and participating in community outreach to promote our behavioral health services. Utilizing the Doxy platform, you will play a critical role in supporting clients and contributing to service enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Conduct individual counseling sessions remotely via the Doxy platform.
Ā Facilitate remote group sessions based on established models.
Ā Collaborate with staff to ensure clients are checked in for billing purposes.
Ā Review weekly productivity reports to identify and address performance gaps.
Ā Provide updates on performance to the Clinical Director.
Ā Assist in marketing and promoting services within the community.
Ā Availability for some evening shifts and one weekend per month, as needed.
Ā Attend scheduled meetings and perform additional assigned duties.
Qualifications
Ā Education and Experience:*
Ā Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
Ā Current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
Ā Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Proficient in various software programs and computer literacy.
Additional Skills And Requirements
Ā Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback.
Ā Flexible scheduling is essential.
Ā Passion for working with youth and a commitment to human services.
Ā High-speed internet access and a designated home office space.
Ā Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Ā Valid BLS/CPR certification.
Ā Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
