Remote BCBA in Dacula, GA
Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth support for a school-based program. This 1099 contract position offers the flexibility to deliver services remotely while making a meaningful impact on children's developmental progress.
Location: Dacula, GA (Telehealth-based services)
Responsibilities:
β’ Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
β’ Provide ongoing telehealth consultation and training to school staff, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies.
β’ Monitor student progress through data analysis and adjust interventions as needed to optimize outcomes.
β’ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and administrators to support comprehensive educational goals.
β’ Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards and document all services thoroughly.
Qualifications:
β’ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
β’ Experience providing telehealth services in educational settings preferred.
β’ Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior assessment techniques.
β’ Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with school personnel and families remotely.
β’ Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule as a 1099 contractor.
