[Remote] Banking & Treasury (Presales Manager)

Wise Skulls is seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Presales Leader to drive high-impact banking and treasury transformation initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and delivery teams to shape, design, and win complex banking and treasury solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Responsibilities • Partner with Sales to generate, shape, and convert new business opportunities • Lead client discovery workshops and analyze business requirements and technology stacks • Deliver high-impact product demos and technical walkthroughs for business and technical stakeholders • Architect end-to-end solutions with delivery, product, and engineering teams • Drive scope, effort estimation, financial modeling, and commercial structuring • Lead creation and review of SOWs, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing strategies • Act as an SME in treasury, payments, and digital banking transformations • Ensure smooth handoff from presales to delivery teams • Develop reusable assets such as solution templates, demo scripts, and proposal boilerplates • Support pipeline planning, deal governance, and solution value articulation • Stay current with industry trends in digital banking, payments, and treasury systems Skills • 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture within banking/fintech • Strong domain expertise in Treasury Management Systems, Digital Banking Platforms, and Payments • Proven ability to map business problems to technology solutions with clarity and impact • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing models, SOWs, and outsourcing constructs • Willingness to travel onsite with clients as needed (mandatory) Company Overview • Since 2019, Wise Skulls has been redefining the landscape of contractual staffing by connecting exceptional talent with industry-leading opportunities.
