They are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across healthcare and commercial partner channels by developing and executing strategic marketing programs that support the B2B sales team and deliver clear messaging.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with the B2B Sales Team to understand target segments, develop and implement coordinated marketing plans and pipeline prioritiesTranslate sales objectives into integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversionDevelop and execute quarterly and annual B2B marketing plans aligned to commercial strategyIdentify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to shape go-to-market approachesLead the development and refinement of Inogen’s B2B value propositionCreate compelling, differentiated messaging frameworks that clearly articulate product benefits and competitive advantagesEnsure consistency of messaging across all B2B touchpoints including sales materials, campaigns, and digital channels to support the Sales Team in marketDesign and execute multi-channel demand generation programs (digital campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM) to support pipeline growthCollaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize lead acquisition, lead nurturing, and conversion strategiesPartner with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value prospectsDevelop high-impact sales enablement materials including presentations, pitch decks, case studies, and product collateralEquip sales teams with tools, messaging, and insights needed to effectively engage and convert prospectsSupport training and onboarding initiatives to reinforce consistent positioning and messagingUse data and insights to continuously optimize marketing effectivenessDefine and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROIProvide regular reporting and insights to Sales and senior leadershipContinuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns to improve performanceSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industryProven track record of supporting Sales Teams with successful Marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenueStrong experience in positioning, messaging development, and go-to-market strategyExcellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersBenefitsInogen’s annual performance bonus incentive planHighly competitive and company-sponsored benefitsWellbeing programs rooted in our strong culture of excellenceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan plus employer contribution and matchGenerous paid leaves such as vacation and sick leave, including paid volunteer time, that can support you and your family through moments that matterCompany OverviewInogen is a manufacturer and an accredited homecare provider dedicated to oxygen therapy.
