[Remote] AWS Bedrock Software Engineer

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an AWS Bedrock Software Engineer to join our client to help drive the design and execution of an AI powered platform that supports cloud based warranty processing. This role focuses on building and protecting a fully AWS native technology stack while translating long term product vision into scalable, production ready AI solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and operate backend services that enable AI driven document processing, retrieval, and decision support within a cloud based platformArchitect and deliver end to end AWS native solutions, ensuring the platform is secure, resilient, cost aware, and aligned with best practices across the AWS ecosystemDevelop and maintain RAG pipelines and knowledge systems using Amazon Bedrock, vector storage, and multimodal models to support accurate and explainable outcomesEvaluate the platform with a protective mindset, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities, and making thoughtful recommendations to improve scalability and reliabilityExecute product and engineering vision through hands on implementation of AWS AI services, agent based workflows, and automated deployment pipelinesSkillsSix to eight or more years of experience in backend or platform engineering, with flexibility for exceptional candidates who demonstrate deep expertise and impactStrong, hands on AWS experience across a fully AWS based tech stack, including Bedrock, RAG architectures, and core cloud servicesProven ability to design and deliver production grade Python services and APIs in complex, distributed environmentsDemonstrated experience assessing platforms holistically and making informed recommendations to protect and evolve systems over timeA clear passion for agentic AI, including experience or strong interest in building and orchestrating agent driven workflowsCompany OverviewCSS Tec provides staffing solutions for employers across a variety of industries nationwide.
