Solutions Manager - RadioPharm
The Solutions Manager occupies a crucial position between sales, operations, and profit assurance. They are responsible for developing custom solutions, resources, and analyses in support of sales opportunities, as well as supporting the sales process by modeling process compliance, advocating for technological solutions, and ensuring clear and efficient communications both internally and externally.
Must have experience with transporting/handling nuclear medicine and Class 7 shipments. Nuclear Med technologies background is a plus.
Reports to: Vice President of Global Solutions
What you will do:
? Verify opportunity qualification within MNX segmentation guidelines
? Develop solution plans to meet customer needs
? Collaborate across sales, pricing, implementation, QA, IT and operations to create the solutions plan
? Ensure presentations, analyses, proposal documents, mapping, and other sales collateral are completed prior to hand-off to sales
? Support the salesperson in presenting customer solutions, including in-person, via video call, and over phone or email
? Act as a subject-matter expert on MNX technology, products and procedures
? Perform technology and solution demonstrations to customers and internal teams
? Other tasks as may be requested from time to time
What you bring:
? Highly fluent in both written and spoken communication, including the ability to communicate to audiences at all levels both internally and externally
? Highly organized and structured methodology in approaching projects
? Ability to think strategically and prioritize among a variety of competing requests
? Technologically proficient and quick to learn new technologies and platforms
? Logistics experience in multiple verticals and time-critical transportation
? Background in or knowledge of transporting/handling nuclear medicine
? Transport of Class 7 shipments
? Nuclear Med technologies background is a plus
? RSO experience is a plus
? Account implementation experience is a plus
Platforms and Tools:
? Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
? Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
? SalesForce
? Google Suite and Google Maps
? Proprietary MNX Transportation Management Systems
? Other platforms as necessary
Shift / Hours: Day Shift, Mon-Fri
Pay Range: $90k-$98k
