[Remote] AVP, Operations | Healthcare Insurance Captive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Connect Search, LLC is a healthcare-focused insurance platform supporting sizable healthcare systems. They are seeking an AVP of Operations to lead enterprise operational planning, develop KPI dashboards, and oversee operational components of external audits in a hands-on leadership role.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead enterprise operational planning and annual alignment with Finance
ā¢ Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting frameworks
ā¢ Own Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) workflows
ā¢ Oversee operational components of external audits
ā¢ Formalize and document processes currently held as institutional knowledge
ā¢ Evaluate new initiatives and answer:
ā¢ Can we take this on?
ā¢ What teams are impacted?
ā¢ What are the resource implications?
ā¢ Lead PMO and Corporate Services (2 direct reports)
Skills
ā¢ 8ā10+ years of insurance operations experience
ā¢ Healthcare insurance strongly preferred
ā¢ Captive insurance, risk management, or insurance internal audit backgrounds welcome
ā¢ Experience supporting ERM frameworks and regulatory compliance
ā¢ Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
ā¢ Comfortable in a lean, roll-up-your-sleeves environment
