What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues when necessary
- Escalate interactions appropriately based on customer needs
- Track and document all customer interactions for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback on call-related issues and upsell when required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving abilities
