[Remote] Retail Media Reporting & Insights Analyst (REMOTE)

The Marketing Media Reporting Analyst will centralize reporting across media channels, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to support strategic media planning.ResponsibilitiesCentralize reporting domains across relevant media network channelsCollaborate with agency partners to access channel level reportingIntegrate performance KPIs and benchmarks from both onsite and offsite channels to deliver a comprehensive campaign-level viewMake strategic recommendations based on performance analysis and consumer insightsAid in educating brand partners about the health and performance of a given campaign by layering qualitative and quantitative learningsTranslate KPIs and benchmarks into actionable insights to support strategic shifts in media plans mid-flightConduct ad-hoc analysis by pulling data from multiple sources including historical performance, trends, and benchmarkingSupport the socialization of performance insights across the enterprise and with brand partnersReport on performance of digital marketing tests for leadership and communicate through email/ presentations; disseminate insights internally in aggregate across vendors and campaign-specific reportsFoster Partnerships with Platform and Agency partnersActively communicate and collaborate with third party marketing ad operations partner to successfully access relevant dataDevelop and nurture relationships with agency partners to refine reporting outputs for all relevant channelsSkillsBachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics1-3 years of experience in Digital marketing and/or Media marketingExperience with Tableau (or related data visualization tool)Familiarity with / Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs (e.g. CPC, CAC, etc…)Knowledge of data mining / database structures - SQL knowledge preferred, but not requiredExperience with BI tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, etc.) preferredR experience preferred, but not requiredBenefitsIncentiveEquityBenefitsCompany OverviewDick's Sporting Goods is an authentic full-line sporting goods retailer offering a broad assortment of brand name sporting goods equipment It was founded in 1948, and is headquartered in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
