Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
Resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide innovative solutions
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
Respond to requests for assistance and process payments as needed
Track and report call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Provide feedback on call issues and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

6 months of customer service experience preferred
High school graduate or equivalent
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to type 25 wpm and navigate Windows operating systems
Comfort with desktop computer systems and internet connectivity

Work from Home Requirements

Minimum internet speed of 25.0 Mbps download and 10.0 Mbps upload
ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data, P2P, or VPN
Proof of internet speed required
Clean and quiet workspace
