[Remote] Automation Anywhere (AA) Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Themesoft Inc. is seeking an Automation Anywhere (AA) Administrator to manage and maintain the Automation Anywhere A360 platform. The role involves providing production support for bots, ensuring uptime and performance, and collaborating with development teams to support RPA initiatives. Responsibilities • Administer and maintain the Automation Anywhere A360 platform. • Provide production support for bots, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. • Act as BOT Server Administrator, managing performance, uptime, and availability. • Create and manage policies, groups, roles, and user access controls. • Perform patch installation and version upgrades as needed. • Conduct regular server log reviews, identify anomalies, and resolve system issues. • Monitor BOT execution and proactively debug failures or performance bottlenecks. • Work collaboratively with development and infrastructure teams to support RPA initiatives. • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices for automation operations. Skills • Experience in Automation Anywhere A360 administration. • Proven experience in BOT deployment, monitoring, and production support. • Strong understanding of RPA infrastructure, server management, and log analysis. • Expertise in user/group policy management within AA. • Experience with patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of Automation Anywhere environments. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
