[Remote] Associate Solution Engineer | Saas Conversions

They are seeking an Associate Solution Engineer to support SaaS conversions for their products, working closely with various teams to assess scope and readiness for migration, communicate processes, and increase SaaS adoption.ResponsibilitiesPartner with CAMs and customers to assess scope, risks, and readiness for SaaS migrationPartnering with CAMs to discuss and review potential SaaS conversion opportunities, including scope, approach, and next stepsLeading the completion and validation of the SaaS Questionnaire with customers to identify potential risk areasCollaborating with CAMs and Consulting teams to support development of Statements of WorkLead the process to collect CSG (Custom Solutions Group) work, TSG (Technical Solutions Group) work and validate their cloud compatibilityProviding a clear and effective handoff of relevant information to Consulting for SaaS projectsCommunicating the SaaS conversion process during customer calls and other engagementsReviewing applicable tools and alternative approaches to support SaaS readinessWorking with internal SaaS stakeholders to identify, communicate, and mitigate risk areasSupporting efforts to increase SaaS conversion adoption in collaboration with Distribution leadership and the Center of ExcellenceSome travel is requiredSkillsMinimum of 1 year of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, specifically Prophet21Background of success in supporting both direct and channel salesDocumented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in DistributionBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: Epicor, SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, Netsuite or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs)BenefitsComprehensive health and wellness benefits designed to support your overall well-being.Opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and focused career goal setting, with 25% of positions filled internally.Free LinkedIn Learning licenses for everyone, along with our Mentoring Program to boost your personal development.Collaborate with a diverse team in an inclusive, global workplace that fosters innovation and celebrates partnership.Policies built on mutual trust and support, encouraging time off to rest, recharge, and reconnect.Comprehensive support for international relocations and permanent residency processes.Company OverviewWe’re here for the hard-working businesses that keep the world turning.
