In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transferring, managing, and maintaining data across various platforms, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

Accurately transfer data between applications, with meticulous attention to detail throughout the migration process.
Create comprehensive spreadsheets from large datasets, minimizing errors and maintaining data integrity.
Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents and updating existing information with new data.
Retrieve information from databases and electronic files promptly and efficiently.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Organize and sort paperwork after data entry to prevent loss and maintain an orderly system.


Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree required.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, demonstrating a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
Proficient in fast typing with excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Solid working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
Basic understanding of web-based applications and navigation.
Strong command of the English language (oral and written), with excellent customer service skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivated, curious, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently, proactively seeking information, and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to switch between different types of products and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Basic knowledge of measures, metrics, characteristics, and quality attributes.



Location: This is a 100% remote position, requiring candidates to be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
