[Remote] Associate Recruiter

The Associate Recruiter will play a key role in full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and junior positions across various departments, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for junior and entry-level positions across multiple departmentsSupport recruiting efforts across up to 5+ active roles at one timeReview and screen applicants within Greenhouse ATSConduct initial recruiter screens and provide detailed interview notes and candidate recommendationsCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zonesSource passive candidates through LinkedIn and other creative sourcing channelsMaintain organized and up-to-date candidate pipelines and ATS recordsPartner closely with Director of TA and hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profilesEnsure a positive, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring processSupport onboarding logistics and processes for new full-time employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition from offer acceptance through first day and beyondAssist with drafting and updating job descriptions and job postingsUtilize and identify creative recruiting strategies and talent communities to attract top candidatesSupport ongoing recruiting operations and process improvements as the company continues to scaleSkills2–4 years of recruiting and/or recruiting coordination experiencePrior experience using Greenhouse or other ATS platforms requiredExperience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneouslyExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsHighly detail-oriented with strong follow-throughSelf-starter mentality with a proactive and solutions-oriented approachComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPassion for people, culture, and talent acquisitionExperience recruiting within creative, experiential, advertising, marketing, production, startup, or agency environments preferredInterest in emerging AI tools and technologies within Talent Acquisition, including experience leveraging AI to support sourcing, recruiting operations, candidate engagement, research, or workflow efficienciesBenefitsHealth & Wellness Benefits401(k) MatchCommunication StipendPaid Company Holidays & PTOFlexible WFH PolicyPaid Parental LeaveCompany Gatherings & RetreatsGrowth & Development OpportunitiesCompany OverviewNVE Experience Agency is an experiential marketing and creative agency.
