They are seeking an Associate Product Manager for their eCommerce platform to execute product strategy, support cross-functional collaboration, and drive product development initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior product leadership to execute product strategy from concept to launch for assigned initiativesSupport product discovery and delivery processes, helping ensure timely launch of high-quality features while managing scope, risks, and trade-offsParticipate in relevant design and engineering reviews, contributing input on prioritization, feasibility, and business impactCommunicate product requirements with clarity, supporting Engineering with specifications, acceptance criteria, and user testingCreate written documentation and specifications to support alignment across teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Technical Product Management, Design, Growth, Marketing, Brand, Legal & Compliance, and Sales, as well as third-party vendors, building stakeholder relationships with a focus on clear, concise, and impactful communicationManage competing priorities and help guide initiatives through ambiguity, maintaining a methodical, results-oriented approachContribute to team efficiency by supporting effective processes, tools, and metrics for product development and deliveryHelp identify challenges and contribute to well-structured solutions that keep initiatives on track and stakeholders informedCollaborate with Engineering and Data teams to help ensure products are launched with proper data tracking, reporting, and A/B testing that provide actionable learnings and insightsRegularly track and communicate product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvements in both operational efficiency and product qualityReport on progress, risks, and successes, helping ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintaining transparencySkillsB.S. or B.A. degree required, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in product management, ideally in D2C tech or eCommerce, in highly cross-functional teamsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to break down complex ideas and challenges into actionable stepsDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize competing initiativesComfort working with third-party vendors, managing external relationships, and integrating their servicesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to addressing challengesAbility to maintain a point of view while remaining flexible and open to guidance as new information arisesBackground or interest in e-commerce and/or health and wellness technology a plusExperience with backlog/ticketing tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar, familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 or similar as well as project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com or similarCompany OverviewThorne is the leader in science-backed health and wellness solutions built to connect the science of performance with the science of people.
