Personal Injury Law Firm Intake Specialist - Contract to Hire
We're looking to hire a SALESPERSON / INTAKER to join our team and help us convert leads from Facebook and IG ads. Must be comfortable talking to prospects on the phone to close and sign up clients for a rapidly growing law firm on a LONG TERM ONGOING BASIS!
HOURLY + COMMISSIONS will be awarded.
$250 monthly bonus after every 16 new qualified leads.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST have past experience in sales!
ā¢ Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 10AM, 12:00 - 2:00PM, 4:00PM - 6:00PM Central Standard Time (CST)
Responsibilities:
ā¢ NO COLD CALLING
ā¢ Handle leads from mainly Facebook and instagram ads for a car accident and personal injury law firm
ā¢ Quickly initiate contact with the leads and educate them about our services
ā¢ Build rapport and convert the leads into customers
ā¢ Follow a script and standard operating procedure provided by law firm
ā¢ Be available in the late afternoon into the evening to handle leads
ā¢ Experience with Go High Level CRM is a plus but not required
ā¢ Attend weekly meetings with manger and attorney
ā¢ Be friendly, well-spoken, empathetic and tenacious in following up with potential clients.
