As a Paid Social Associate, you will provide essential production support to the account team, focusing on running performance reports, managing campaigns, and learning best practices in Paid Social Marketing.ResponsibilitiesLearning the fundamentals of DEPT’s paid social marketing methodologiesSharpening your technical skills in Excel by demonstrating proficiency in sorting, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and v-lookupsImplementing tasks via Meta and/or TikTok Ads Manager platformsUploading & editing campaigns, targeting methods, ads, keywords, placements, negatives, and other standard account management tasksIdentifying performance trends, understanding the metrics, and developing report write-ups with clear explanationsUnderstanding bidding methodologies (smart bidding vs manual) and the strategy behind bid adjustmentsUpdating, monitoring, and communicating budget pacing performance to the wider team while flagging any areas that are pacing above/below 15% variationCreating, pulling, and reviewing pixelsSuccessfully speaking on a set portion of client callsSkills0 - 6 months of social marketing experienceStrong analytical and reporting skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google SheetsStrong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on timeStrong written and verbal communication skillsUpper intermediate oral English level as all our clients are from abroadMeta Ads Certification and experience working with TikTok and SnapchatYou are an energetic and creative marketing enthusiast; eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, learn, and grow in the marketing spaceYou are entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environmentA desire to stay current with the latest marketing trendsCompany OverviewDEPT® is a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster.
