The role involves managing and improving demand generation marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams to drive awareness and generate qualified demand across healthcare stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and continuously improve campaigns within the marketing automation platform, including emails, forms, lists, and repeatable workflowsExecute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email nurtures, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and field marketing programs while documenting and refining the processes behind eachSupport marketing operations including campaign tracking, lead flow, data hygiene, and CRM alignmentSupport execution of account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, and coordination with sales across target account listsDesign and run structured tests across channels, audiences, and messaging — forming hypotheses, measuring results, and implementing what worksCollaborate with product marketing, brand, and sales teams to align campaigns with messaging and commercial prioritiesApply AI tools (including Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to accelerate content development, campaign analysis, audience research, and operational tasksSkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience supporting or managing demand generation or digital marketing campaigns, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or life sciencesHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred), including campaign setup, email execution, list management. You don't just use the tools, you understand how they work and how to push them furtherComfort with marketing operations fundamentals, including lead routing, campaign tracking, data hygiene, and CRM integrationStrong enough with ABM concepts to execute and iterate on audience segmentation and sales-aligned programsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailA data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and support reporting on funnel metrics and KPIsStrong organizational and project management skills across campaigns and systemsExperience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini, or a demonstrated willingness to adopt them to improve efficiency in research, content development, and campaign execution.
