Ensure the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry standards.
Authenticate information submitted by third-party entities utilizing online databases for cross-verification.
Assume additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy.
Proficient command of the English language.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Capacity to excel in a remote work environment.
Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
Qualifications
Preferred at least 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service-related position.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
