The Associate Engineer will build scalable software and application solutions for enterprise clients, implement engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and design solutions.ResponsibilitiesBuild scalable, cutting-edge software and application solutions for enterprise clientsImplement engineering best practices such as design review, continuous integration, and test-driven developmentPresent technical proposals and solution strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting client engagement and relationship-building effortsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including clients, architects, project managers, and sales to define technical requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment across business and technology objectivesExplore new technology platforms, coordinate project activities, and facilitate communication across teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentumSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field1 year of computer programming experience1 year of experience with back-end development and open source technologies such as Jersey framework or Spring framework1 year of experience with relational databases such as Postgres and MySQL1 year of experience with at least two of the following NoSQL DB technologies: Cassandra, Couchbase, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB1 year of experience with developing applications with cloud platforms AWS or Azure1 year of experience with agile JIRA and DevOps tools Docker, Gradle, and Git1 year of hands-on programming experience with web development in the following languages: Java, JavaScript (Node, Angular, or React), and PythonCompany OverviewPresidio provides managed services and network solutions technologies.
