[Remote] Associate Director, Project Manager

The Associate Director, Project Manager, Adobe leads client-facing initiatives focused on implementing Experience Cloud solutions, managing project planning, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesAct as Lead Consultant on customer engagements that may involve multiple project teams from our client and customer organizationsClearly understand and communicate customer requirements and integration points in the context of the statement of workOversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costsManage all day-to-day administrative activities of a given project from inception to closureAccurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projectsMaintain regular communication with both the customer and internal teams and constantly manage customer expectationsAchieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of defined project scopeCompile customer requests and deployment issues, to provide a feedback channel into our core productsAct as the central client point of contact throughout the life of the projectCapture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem, feeding lessons learned, best practices and resources back into the consulting practiceProvide oversight for services engagements to ensure adherence to governance standards and support customer successCoordinate escalations across multiple teams, including sales, services, and product organizationIdentifies partnership opportunities and capitalizes on 'add-on' sales opportunities across projectsSkillsMust have experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions – most preferred are AEM, AEP5-7+ years experience as a project manager, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementationsExperience in client facing project management in an agency or professional services environmentExcellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assistProfessional demeanor with a proven ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams across an organization (e.g., within Adobe) and effectively communicate and influence senior client executives, including CMOs and CXOsExpert in managing complex, high-traffic service launches and operations, demonstrating superb organizational skills and success in building and leading exceptional, often virtual, teams in ambiguous environmentsPrior experience with the launch and operation of a highly available, high traffic internet or mobile serviceProven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problemsSolid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies.
