The role involves shaping project strategies, coordinating across functions, and ensuring timely execution of operational plans.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Project Leaders to shape project development strategy, long-range planning, operational approach, and implementation prioritiesBuild and maintain integrated project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, value inflection points, risks, and mitigation plansDrive cross-functional execution by organizing project team activities, enabling effective collaboration, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across functionsPartner with Finance and functional SMEs to develop and monitor project budgets, resourcing plans, and external vendor/CRO needs, escalating issues as appropriateEnsure transparent communication with executive leadership, including proactive updates on strategy, timelines, budget, risks, and needed adaptationsPromote operational excellence and foster a collaborative, accountable, and supportive team cultureAs applicable, manage projects involving alliance or co-development partners in coordination with alliance management stakeholdersSkillsAdvanced degree in sciences requiredMinimum of 4+ years of experience in clinical development, and 6+ years in biopharma/biotech industry; experiences in clinical trial execution in the oncology and/or autoimmune disease areas are desirableAdvanced skills and experience in project management, and usage of relevant tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or AI enabling toolsStrong financial acumen with experience in budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting financial decision-makingExcellent teamwork, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCompany OverviewModeX Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative multispecific biologics for cancer and infectious disease.
