[Remote] Associate Director - OneStream Architect, Account Reconciliation & Transaction Matching

The Associate Director will focus on designing and implementing OneStream's Account Reconciliation and Transaction Matching solutions, managing client delivery, leading teams, and participating in business development activities.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end OneStream AR and TXM implementations — from scoping and requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, and go-live — including multi-source transaction loading, match rule configuration, workflow automation, and exception managementDesign and configure matching logic for complex use cases such as intercompany reconciliations, bank-to-GL matching, invoice-to-receipt, and corporate credit card transactions, while advising clients on transitioning from standalone tools like BlackLine or Excel to OneStream's unified Financial Close platformStrengthen financial controls by implementing risk-based reporting frameworks, continuous anomaly monitoring, audit trail and approval workflows, and drill-to-reconciliation functionality to support SOX, US GAAP, and IFRS requirementsDrive period-end close acceleration and broader CPM/EPM improvements — including Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidations, and Reporting — by leading ERP/GL integrations and delivering process and technology enhancementsManage projects through all phases across organizational, process, technology, and data dimensions; proactively identify and resolve risks and issuesLead and mentor cross-functional project teams, developing junior consultants while maintaining high delivery standardsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth OneStream implementations and drive initiatives with client leadershipPlay a key role in talent acquisition, including interviewing, hiring, and retaining top talentDrive business development efforts including pursuit development, scoping sessions, and proposals for AR/TXM-focused opportunities, while leveraging subject matter expertise to identify client improvement opportunities and grow CrossCountry's OneStream practiceContribute to thought leadership and practice-building efforts, including whitepapers and other firm-approved contentContribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standardsStay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processesSkills10+ years implementing OneStream or similar EPM/CPM tools (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, BlackLine), with hands-on design and client deliveryExperience in professional services (public accounting, advisory, or management consulting) with a background in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or Financial SystemsDemonstrated expertise in OneStream AR and TXM solutions, including match rule configuration, workflow management, exception handling, and risk-based reportingHands-on experience migrating clients from standalone reconciliation tools (e.g., BlackLine, Excel) to OneStream's unified Financial Close platform, including familiarity with Financial Close Marketplace solutionsStrong knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes, including intercompany reconciliation, journal entry management, and period-end close accelerationExperience with analytical and modeling tools to build complex financial models and distill insights into concise executive dashboardsComfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovationContinuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standardsBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar disciplineOneStream Certified Architect or actively working toward certificationWillingness to travel based on client preferencesBenefitsComprehensive healthcare options, including medical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible spending accounts401(k) with company matchingGenerous parental and maternity leave policiesTechnology stipendsWellness reimbursement programsCompany OverviewCrossCountry Consulting is a provider of customized finance, accounting, human capital, operations and technology consulting services.
