Paynada is a company seeking an HR/Recruiting Coordinator to support their HR team in managing administrative recruiting tasks and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing general HR support to drive efficient hiring operations across the organization. Responsibilities Assist with sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools Conduct initial resume reviews to identify candidates who meet basic qualifications Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers Communicate with applicants through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS (ADP WorkforceNow) Post job openings and ensure listing remain updated and accurate Support the HR team with pipeline management and follow-up tasks Backup for offer letters and assist with pre-hire documentation as needed Help track recruiting metrics and provide administrative support for reporting Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new-hire paperwork and coordinating first-day logistics May conduct prescreen interviews as well Perform general HR administrative duties and other tasks as assigned Skills Proven track record of exceeding recruiting quotas Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Software (ADP WorkforceNow) or related software Basic understanding of HR and recruiting processes required 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting is required Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred Benefits Medical, dental, vision health plans 401k with company match Dynamic company culture.
