The Associate Director, HCP Marketing will lead key healthcare provider initiatives in support of the US strategic and tactical plans for IBSRELA, collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to drive effective marketing strategies.ResponsibilitiesLead for Peer-to-Peer Program Management (Speaker Bureau ownership, content creation, Advisory Boards, Product Theaters, etc.)Manage all aspects of P2P programming including communications with field team, internal departments, training, vendors and attendeesCollaborate with Thought Leader Liaison team on speaker recruitment, communications to speakers, contracting and trainingOrganize and manage implementation of product theaters and speaker bureau programs, and related trainings (live and virtual), ensuring compliance with company policies, standard procedures and business rulesManage P2P agency to provide strategic leadership, managing operations within allocated budget: inclusive of implementation of metrics plans, management of quarterly business reviews, rep portal oversight, financial disbursements to speakers and vendors, etcOversee Medical Education agency to create educational, medically sound, and informative presentations as well as marketing collateral for all P2P promotionOwn and execute the development, planning, and execution of HCP Advisory Boards to gather actionable insights that inform brand strategy and decision-makingPartner closely with Digital Lead to create content for all non-personal promotion tactics across omnichannel platforms driving targeted HCP engagement and measurable brand growthPartner closely with HCP Lead to develop digestible content for digital consumptionDevelop and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders to ensure success of cross-functional initiatives and long-range plansWork closely with sales and sales leadership team to understand market challenges and provide/adapt strategies, tools, training, and messages to drive successCollaborate with marketing team on overall brand strategy and execution of tacticsSkillsBachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred, in Marketing or related with 8 - 10 years of commercial pharmaceutical marketing with experience driving HCP engagement through peer-to-peer (P2P) education, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated ability to think outside the boxExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsCombination of strong strategic thinking with ability to execute tactical plansAbility to work well in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomyStrong communication and presentation skills to interface with cross-functional partners and senior managementAbility to effectively and consistently execute multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skillsProven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding goals and objectivesAbility to travel as required to meet business needs (~30%)BenefitsAnnual bonus targetEquity awards, subject to eligibility and other requirements401(k) plan with generous employer match12 weeks of paid parental leaveUp to 12 weeks of living organ and bone marrow leaveEquity incentive plansHealth plans (medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision)Life insurance and disabilityFlexible time offAnnual Winter Holiday shut downAt least 11 paid holidaysCompany OverviewArdelyx is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative medicines that meet significant unmet medical needs.
