They are seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to lead executive recruiting efforts for sales talent across their ecosystem, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong partnerships with stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesRun a full desk of GTM/Sales/Marketing Executive searches across Cobalt, drawing upon a full-cycle executive recruiting toolkit:Drive executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation, ensuring an outstanding hiring manager/candidate experience throughoutPartner with senior stakeholders to deeply understand their leadership needs, business context, and team dynamics while providing strategic hiring guidance and market insightsDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build and nurture lasting relationships with hard-to-access talent pools, maintaining an active network of potential candidates and industry leadersServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, managing complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy and clear communicationSkillsBachelor's degree2+ years executive recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to recruiting critical GTM or sales leadership roles.
