They are seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Sales Operations to build systems and processes that drive a high-performing commercial organization, focusing on CRM solutions and data-driven insights.ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize CRM strategy (Salesforce or similar), creating scalable processes that improve adoption, data quality, and sales effectivenessDesign and deliver dashboards and reporting that provide clear, real-time visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and growth opportunitiesLead forecasting and pipeline management processes, improving accuracy, predictability, and alignment with healthcare buying cyclesDevelop analytics that translate complex data into actionable insights to drive decision-making and revenue outcomesEstablish strong customer data governance, ensuring clean, connected data across CRM, finance, and operational systemsLead contract operations and RFP/RFI processes, creating structured, repeatable workflows that improve speed, quality, and win ratesSupport pricing strategy and commercial governance, partnering with Finance to balance competitiveness and profitabilityCoach and lead a small team while working cross-functionally to drive alignment, standardization, and continuous improvementSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred7–10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or revenue operations, ideally within healthcare or a service-based modelProven experience building CRM processes, dashboards, and analytics that improve sales performance and decision-makingStrong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven revenue planningDemonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; additional certifications or analytics tools experience are a plusBenefitsWe offer competitive compensationAn annual performance bonusGenerous vacation401K matchingCompany OverviewJubilant Pharma Limited is a global integrated pharmaceutical company offering a wide range of products and services to our customers across geographies.
