[Remote] Associate Consultants (BSI Service Line)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ProductLife Group is seeking an Associate Consultant to assist with BSI CTMS system setup and configuration. The role involves supporting system testing, preparing training materials, and providing user support for CTMS-related issues.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist with BSI CTMS system setup and configuration under senior consultant guidance
ā¢ Support system testing: develop test scripts, execute test cases, and log results
ā¢ Help prepare training materials, user documentation, and quick reference guides
ā¢ Provide first-level troubleshooting and user support for CTMS-related issues
ā¢ Contribute to data migration, quality checks, and validation activities
ā¢ Document requirements, workflows, and meeting notes during client interactions
ā¢ Learn and apply clinical operations standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH-GCP)
ā¢ Participate in client workshops and training sessions as a support resource
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor or higher
ā¢ 0-2 years experience in BSI, 1-2 years experience in life science domain (specifically within the clinical space)
ā¢ Familiarity with clinical trial processes in pharma, biotech, or CRO settings
ā¢ Basic understanding of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), preferably BSI CTMS
ā¢ Experience working with structured data, reports, or system-based documentation
ā¢ Comfort with IT systems, troubleshooting, and end-user support
ā¢ Exposure to ICH-GCP or other regulatory frameworks related to clinical trials
ā¢ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common data analysis/reporting tools
ā¢ Hands-on exposure to BSI CTMS configuration, testing, or reporting modules
ā¢ Knowledge of SQL or experience working with relational databases
ā¢ Familiarity with EDC, eTMF, or other clinical trial systems and their integration with CTMS
ā¢ Understanding of clinical trial study startup, monitoring, or site management processes
ā¢ Experience with data migration, validation, or system testing activities
ā¢ Internship, co-op, or project experience in clinical operations or clinical IT systems
ā¢ French and Spanish a plus but not a requirement
