About the Role

Let me be blunt: this is a commission‑only opportunity with no salary floor. If you want guaranteed pay without putting in the effort, this is not your role. But if you’re ready to grind, follow up relentlessly, and build a rhythm of high‑volume outreach, the upside is significant.

You’ll be the first human voice most leads hear from our brand. You’ll use GoHighLevel to call, text, and email inbound leads that have already expressed interest. Your job is to qualify, schedule, and double‑confirm appointments for our consulting and strategy sessions:
• Franchise Consulting Discovery Calls
• Business Development Strategy Sessions
• Healthcare, Health, Dental, Vision & 401k Consultations
• Executive Leadership Coaching Calls
• Small Business Consulting Sessions

These leads come from everywhere—brand websites, franchise portals, brokers, social platforms like LinkedIn and Meta, Google Ads, and referrals. Your job is to turn that raw interest into confirmed, high‑quality appointments that show up ready to talk.

What You’ll Do Every Day
• Make high‑volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to fresh leads and aged leads in our CRM.
• Qualify each lead by gathering basic details and confirming interest in our services.
• Schedule appointments and then reconfirm twice (same day and 24 hours before).
• Update every detail in GoHighLevel to keep the pipeline tight and actionable.
• Use pre‑built campaigns and templates, but add your own follow‑through to drive results.
• Push hard on follow‑ups—no “one and done.” We expect persistence and daily engagement to get leads across the finish line.

Compensation & Earning Potential
• Commission‑Only (1099 Contractor)
• $25–$75 per qualified booked appointment (based on type of service)
• Up to $100 per lead for live transfers or fully qualified appointments that show
• Commission is paid only when the lead shows up for the appointment—no exceptions.
• Top performers in this role have the ability to generate $3,000–$6,000+ per month by maintaining a high call volume and disciplined follow‑through.

Qualifications
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven customer service and sales experience
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly GoHighLevel
• Background in sales and inside sales
• Proficient in outbound and warm calling strategies
• Knowledge of business development and marketing techniques
