This entry-level role involves supporting experienced Account Managers with client communication, campaign operations, and analytics, while also participating in a structured development program to prepare for future account ownership.ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Managers in day-to-day client communication and post-sale requests as you build your foundationParticipate in client kick-off calls, campaign check-ins, and business reviews, stepping into a lead role as your confidence and experience growProactively identify client needs and bring forward tailored recommendations to drive campaign successTake on direct client ownership as readiness and business need alignAssist with pixel coordination, asset gathering, and campaign launch checklistsPartner with Campaign Management and Platform Solutions to monitor delivery, pacing, and performance against client KPIsSupport monthly campaign and Salesforce audits (QA of 1P and 3P delivery, restriction compliance, and data accuracy)Learn to identify and communicate platform, reporting, and data discrepancies to internal teams and clientsBuild familiarity with LIFE Report Builder, Tableau, DCM, and other analytics platformsAssist in generating and scheduling campaign and NPI-level reporting per client requirementsDevelop the ability to troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and escalate with contextSupport monthly billing workflows including pulling delivery data and reconciling against IOsLearn Salesforce opportunity and line item management as a foundation for future account ownershipAssist with DUAs, FIAs, TPAs, and legal paperwork as neededSit embedded with Campaign Management, Platform Solutions, Data Analytics, and Operations: learning how each team contributes to campaign successParticipate in product release testing and surface client feedback via BRAIN tickets as you develop product fluencyBuild a thorough understanding of the PulsePoint product suite to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities over timeSkills1+ years in an Account Management, Campaign Management, Customer Success, or digital media rolePrior roles such as Sales Planner, Account Coordinator, or Client Services Manager at a digital vendor or media agency are a strong fitSome exposure to programmatic advertising: DSP platforms (TTD, DCM/CM360), verification tools (DoubleVerify, IAS), or insertion order managementFamiliarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, or Adobe AnalyticsComfort working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plusEagerness to develop technical fluency in tagging, pixel implementation, and data troubleshooting on the jobEager to learn: you come in ready to absorb, ask questions, and grow fastDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills across multiple workstreamsClear communicator who can translate complex topics for different audiencesResourceful and independent: you find answers before asking and come with solutions, not just problemsCollaborative by default: you thrive working across teams and functionsCuriosity about AI: you are actively exploring how AI tools can make you more effective and are eager to bring that mindset into a fast-moving environmentBA/BS in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not requiredHealthcare/pharma industry experience is a plus, not a requirementBenefitsComprehensive healthcare: medical, dental, and vision options; 100%-paid life and disability insurance401(k) matchGenerous paid vacation and sick timePaid parental leave and adoption assistanceAnnual tuition assistanceBetter Yourself Wellness programGroup volunteer opportunities and team eventsReferral bonus programBonus eligibility and incentive plans unlock as you progress through the Rocket ProgramCompany OverviewPulsePoint is a technology company using data to accelerate healthcare marketing.
