The Associate Clinical Specialist provides customer support for Fujifilm’s ES equipment in the Endoscopy department, managing equipment, troubleshooting, and providing training to clients' staff.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for our regional based customersDeliver post sale, face-to-face client support which includes performing all associated responsibilities based upon the agreement with the account system which generally includes:Set up and support Fujifilm video tower / systemInspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipmentMonitor, report, and support repair transactionsProvide Case observation, continuous staff training on Fujifilm technologies, and overall Fujifilm customer and technology supportProvide daily maintenance and independent management of the client’s Fujifilm equipment. Identify process improvement opportunities and design workflows to improve efficiency and reduce overall repairs using own judgementServe as primary point of contact for understanding repair history, conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues, and implementing plans to minimize repairs and prevent future handling damagesServe as a clinical liaison by developing and delivering comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to senior management that details installation and usage progress/metrics, staff training needs and effectiveness of completed training, and identifying trends to inform and strengthen KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships that support strategic decision makingAnalyze and present data-driven insights to monitor installation and usage progress, ensuring optimal staff training and identifying trends that influence strategic planningProvide and maintain customer data for integration into a future database applicationAttend local, regional, and national trade shows as requestedAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresComply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standardsSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is requiredMinimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desiredKnowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopyOperate a computer effectively and efficiently, including being proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook and other email applicationsStrong oral and written communication skills to relay technical information and to professionally communicate with internal and external customers and team members at all levelsAbility to troubleshoot all Fujifilm endo equipment and determine root cause of issuesStrong time management skillsDecision-making skills to determine usage of FUJIFILM equipment and type of training needed by customers to effectively utilize the technologyAbility to provide expert guidance, training, and support to ensure workflow optimization for Fujifilm and our customersAbility to analyze data to present data driven insightsAbility to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneouslyAbility to prioritize customer requirementsAbility to present information in front of small groups of peopleAbility to understand basic mathematical requirements for discount calculationThe ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboardsThe ability to stand, talk, and hearThe ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbsClose Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or lessOccasional (up to 50%) travel may be required based on business needBachelor's degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferredExperience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferredCompany OverviewFujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation manufactures medical equipment's required for the diagnosis and treatment.
