They are seeking an experienced APRN Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while building a strong pipeline of talent.ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for APRN and clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidatesDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier APRN talent, WHNPs, FNPs, CNMs, and others using clinical networks, referrals, and outbound outreachUnderstand & follow APRN practice authority by state, full practice authority (FPA), reduced practice, and restricted practice, so you can accurately represent what practicing at Allara looks like in each state and answer candidate questions with confidenceLeverage Allara's employer brand to position us as a leading destination for women's healthcare APRNsManage job postings, candidate tracking, and pipeline organization within Ashby (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiencyPartner closely with hiring leaders and clinical operations to align recruitment with state expansion plans and supervision infrastructureDeliver a white-glove candidate experience that reflects Allara's mission and valuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them throughout the hiring journeyEnsure robust pipelines for both current and future hiring needsCollaborate with the Clinical Talent team to ensure hiring coverage, alignment, and seamless handoffsMonitor and report on hiring metrics to identify areas for improvementStay informed on changes to APRN scope of practice legislation and telehealth-specific prescribing rules across our operating statesSkills3+ years of clinical recruitment experience, with a demonstrated ability to hire licensed healthcare professionals (e.g., APRNs) across multiple statesMust have telehealth recruitment experience, with a clear understanding of remote clinical workflows and licensing nuances across statesMust have start-up experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting prioritiesFamiliarity with APRN practice authority and supervision requirements across multiple states, you don't need to be a compliance expert, but you need to understand the landscape well enough to recruit and communicate effectivelyExpert sourcing skills, you know how to go beyond job boards to uncover and engage top clinical talentOrganized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, you see gaps and take initiative to close themStrong communicator and relationship-builder who can engage candidates with authenticity and carePassionate about women's health and excited to contribute to a mission-driven clinical workforceData-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuously improving recruitment outcomesProficient in Ashby (ATS), with a focus on accuracy, pipeline management, and reporting - Strongly preferredBenefits$70-$85K with opportunities for advancementEquityProfessional development & employee learning programsActual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: candidate experience, location, education, certifications, and skill set.
