Position: Remote Appointment Setter (Commission-Based) – US Only Location: Sarasota Remote Appointment Setter (Commission-Based) – US Only Sales Tech LLC is seeking motivated Remote Appointment Setters to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible scheduling, performance-based compensation, and a clear pathway for growth in sales. You will engage with warm leads through Facebook direct messaging. No cold calling is required. Training, scripts, and ongoing mentorship are provided. Key Responsibilities • Engage and manage conversations with warm leads via Facebook direct messaging • Qualify leads using company criteria and schedule calls for the sales team • Maintain accurate records and complete timely follow-bolthires • Meet weekly goals for booked and attended calls • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements What We Offer • $100 per booked and attended sales call • 10% commission on closed deals (typical deal size: $3,000–$7,000) • One‑on‑one onboarding and weekly coaching • Clear advancement path to roles such as Closer and Sales Manager • Fully remote work with a flexible schedule Requirements • Must reside in the United States • Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor • Strong written communication skills • Self‑motivated, coachable, and able to work independently Experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred but not required Compensation This is a commission‑only position. Earnings vary based on individual performance. No base pay is provided. Training and mentorship are offered at no upfront bolthires for qualified candidates.
